I was at the '67 Golden Gardens be-in, interviewed Jerry in fact, who was amazingly patient and friendly (no middle finger raised either), and vaguely remember an Eagles show later, but no telling which it was. So no dates. But your evidence at the blog convinced me!IWitnessEdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18312808828448124509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241063190450464888.post-85563281152637997862010-05-28T19:57:28.798-07:002010-05-28T19:57:28.798-07:00Oohh, I'd love to hear Boyd Grafmyre's tho...Oohh, I'd love to hear Boyd Grafmyre's thoughts on the dates of the January '68 GD shows at Eagles ...

http://jgmf.blogspot.com/2010/05/gd-at-eagles-auditorium-seattle-wa.html ...

Thanks in advance!Fate Musichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05648291938690043423noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241063190450464888.post-54105483337165522112010-04-25T07:47:23.772-07:002010-04-25T07:47:23.772-07:00sorry i missed my chance (we were gone on a week&#...sorry i missed my chance (we were gone on a week's vacation). but i doubt if he'd have remembered our brief acquaintanceship. how's he doing these days and where is/are he (and you, Scott)?IWitnessEdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18312808828448124509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241063190450464888.post-62428508752120251732010-04-18T03:07:53.874-07:002010-04-18T03:07:53.874-07:00I am having lunch with Boyd tomorrow. We thought he was ripping us off when he charged us $4.50 sometimes.

Loved your description of daily doings back then. We are of an age, together, it seems. But I missed much of that in Seattle in those yers after 1971. After growing up in Sedro-Woolley, doing the Army, then graduating from Western, I left for California and really didn't look back much for many years. So I'm curious. What year do you refer to for the Woodinville festival (several years before Ste. Michelle) and what was the name of the festival? The only one I remember from that time was the mudbath, up in Snohomish County, was it?

I thoroughly enjoyed spending time here. A nice contrast to my history site.
